How do I report a bug?

The fastest way is to use the Report a Problem button in any app's Settings. It automatically attaches relevant context (app version, device, and a diagnostic snapshot) which helps us fix issues faster. You can also email bugs@shadowsheeplabs.com directly.

How do I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Each app provides granular data deletion options in its Settings. You can delete specific data types (like chat history or cached content) or do a full wipe across all apps. Deletion removes data from your device and from any encrypted cloud sync, and it cannot be recovered.

My app is crashing. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

First, try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the crash persists, use Report a Problem in Settings, since crash logs are stored on your device and attached automatically. If you can't open the app at all, email bugs@shadowsheeplabs.com with your device model and iOS version.

How do I restore a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to buy. If restoring doesn't work, email hello@shadowsheeplabs.com with your order number from Apple.

Is my data private? Does it leave my device?

Your data stays on your device by default. Where cloud sync is used, everything is encrypted before it leaves your device, and we cannot read it even if compelled to. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or sell data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
